The managers of Kian Precious Metals Engineering Co. have been operating since 2007 with the aim of forming the first precious metals value chain in Iran (from exploration to extraction and production of high-tech precious metals products).
In 2013, it continued its activities as the first specialized center for industrial and mining research of precious metals in Iran.
So far succeeded in developing new technologies in the field of exploration, processing, extraction, refining and production of high-tech precious metals products, including platinum, palladium, rhodium, gold, silver and nickel.
Conducting geological studies and exploration of precious metals and strategic elements throughout the country since 2007.
Discovery of the potential of platinum group metals, gold and silver in 14 regions of Iran – for the first time in Iran.
Successful discovery of barite (2009), bentonite (2010) and talc (2016) deposits.
Obtaining discovery certificates and exploitation licenses in bentonite, talc and industrial minerals mines (2019).
Achievement of technical knowledge of analysis and geochemistry of precious metals with high accuracy using the composition-mineral percentage method – for the first time in Iran (2019).
Production of standard solutions of precious metals such as rhodium for accurate calibration of AAS and ICP analysis devices for the first time in Iran.
Achievement of technical knowledge of processing and enrichment of platinum group metals, gold, silver and nickel (grade 100-500 grams per ton) (2021).
Achievement of technical knowledge of industrial extraction of platinum group metals using non-cyanide methods – for the first time in Iran (2022).
Conducting successful semi-industrial tests for complex and resistant soils.
Achievement of refinery technology and production of pure PGM powders from mineral soil (1403).
Producing rhodium plating solution and exporting to Iraq for plating the crown of the shrine of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS).
Establishing the first specialized precious metals research center in Iran - Kian Metals Samin Company (1400).
Awarding the title of Distinguished Engineer and a plaque of appreciation from the Mining Engineering System Organization (1401).
